Activation and Billing

  • A one-time activation fee of $2 will be charged at signup to provision your number and enable the service.
  • There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time.
  • If your assigned number has no call activity for an extended period, we reserve the right to release and reassign that number without notice.

Nature of Service

The AI receptionist is an automated system powered by artificial intelligence that answers calls, communicates with customers, routes inquiries, collects information, and may perform tasks based on configuration and available data. Outputs are generated dynamically and may vary depending on caller behavior, integrations, data quality, and real-world conditions.

AI Limitations and Hallucination Risk

⚠️ Important Notice

Artificial intelligence systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unexpected outputs, including hallucinations, misinterpretations, incorrect classifications, or edge-case failures.

The service is a productivity and communication tool and is not a substitute for human judgment, professional advice, or verification.

You are responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and validating communications and actions performed by the AI on your behalf.

No Guarantee of Results or Outcomes

We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, revenue, customer satisfaction, lead conversion, operational efficiency, or performance improvements resulting from use of the service.

Results depend on factors outside our control including configuration, internal processes, customer behavior, integrations, and market conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost opportunities, missed calls, customer dissatisfaction, data loss, or operational disruption arising from:

  • AI-generated responses or decisions
  • Hallucinations, misinterpretations, or incorrect outputs
  • Call handling behavior or automation outcomes
  • Integration failures or third-party service interruptions
  • Telecom outages or infrastructure issues
  • Configuration choices made by you or your organization

Use of the service is at your own risk.

Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to the service will not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the service provider, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the service
  • Reliance on AI-generated communications or decisions
  • Violations of law, regulation, telecom rules, or consent requirements
  • Customer disputes or claims related to communications handled by the AI
  • Data provided, collected, or transmitted through the platform
  • Integrations, workflows, or automations configured by you

Downtime and Maintenance

  • The system may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure changes, or security improvements.
  • When reasonably possible, written notice will be provided at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Messaging and Communications

We may send operational notices, billing updates, system alerts, and service-related communications. Requests, special handling, and exceptions may be addressed case-by-case at our discretion.

Third-Party Dependencies

The platform may rely on telecom carriers, AI providers, messaging networks, CRMs, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for failures, outages, delays, or inaccuracies caused by external providers or network conditions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or fraudulent purposes, including impersonation or activities that violate privacy, consumer protection, or telecommunications laws.

You are responsible for compliance with call recording laws, consent requirements, and messaging regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Service Modifications

We may update or modify features, pricing, infrastructure, or functionality as the platform evolves. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Cancellation and Number Release

You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation or prolonged inactivity, phone numbers, automations, and associated services may be deactivated and subject to release and reassignment.

Binding Arbitration

⚖️ Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the service will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis and not in court, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration will be conducted in a mutually agreed jurisdiction under applicable arbitration rules.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any claims will be brought only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Acknowledgment and Consent

By creating an account and activating service, you confirm that:

  • You understand the risks and limitations of AI systems
  • You accept responsibility for oversight and verification
  • You agree to these terms, liability limitations, indemnification, arbitration, and class action waiver provisions
  • You consent to operational communications related to the service
